NOOIC'S OBJECTIVE & DISTRIBUTION OF ITS FUNDS Etc.

That Approx. 25% of the entire benefits that NOOIC receives from ALL of its donations, contributions, and any other resources will be disbursed & divided to Iraqi Christians and to Non-violent Iraqis even if they are non-Christians, Worldwide BOTH inside & outside Iraq (via. food, medicine, clothing, etc.). For these greatly urgent and needed reasons described herein it is highly important and desperately needed, that NOOIC receives its GRANTED Approval from IRS of its 501(c)(3) status.

That another Approx. of 25% of the entire benefits & income that NOOIC receives from ALL of its donations, contributions, and any other resources will be invested 50/50 inside USA & outside USA for the Iraqi Christians & Non Christians alike including the NOOIC staff officers, & administrators, (via. offices, homes/shelter, Christian Churches, schooling/educations, etc.). For these greatly urgent and needed reasons described herein it is highly important and desperately needed, that NOOIC receives its GRANTED Approval from IRS of its 501(c)(3) status.

That another Approx. of 25% of the entire benefits & income that NOOIC receives from ALL of its donations, contributions, and any other resources will be for NOOIC branching out inside USA (i.e., Chicago, San Diego, Texas, Arizona, Florida, New York, Washington D.C. etc.) where there is a sufficient amount of Iraqis, also for networking & reaching out To Iraqis inside & outside USA including inside Iraq, Syria etc. (via. Radio Stations, T.V. Stations, Newspaper etc.). For these greatly urgent and needed reasons described herein it is highly important and desperately needed, that NOOIC receives its GRANTED Approval from IRS of its 501(c)(3) status.

That the remaining Approx. 25% of the entire benefits & income that NOOIC receives from ALL of its donations, contributions, and any other resources will be for NOOIC wages, all the bills, and to be put in a bank account for urgent & emergency as needed basis. For these greatly urgent and needed reasons described herein it is highly important and desperately needed, that NOOIC receives its GRANTED Approval from IRS of its 501(c)(3) status.

That NOOIC will accept any/all donations & contributions from anyone, being the donation in Real Property, Buildings, office space, boats, vehicles and any other valuable materials, and/or products in order to be used for the reasons described above. Furthermore, if the same products may not be used as needed as described above, the same donated product or material will be re-sold or auctioned off where the money of the proceed of the product or material can be evenly divided and to be disbursed for the same reasons that are described above, therefore, the urgency of the 501(c)(3) being Granted is urgently needed..

The above stated reasons of the divided funds stated above has been approved by the U.S. Treasury Department (IRS).
